User Panel Tickets

Use tickets for connection troubleshooting, checking data usage or orders, questions about plan changes, and refund requests. Check the original ticket for a reply and add any further information there.

Requests that require an order review or reproducing an issue may take different amounts of time to resolve. While you wait, you can browse the user guides.

No Telegram contact account is currently listed. Use the user panel linked on this site, and never send account credentials or payment details to unknown accounts claiming to be support.

Telegram is not a supported contact channel, so no response time is available for messages.

Before You Submit

A description of what actually happened is more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Share only the information relevant to your issue.

Connection & International Website Access

Include your platform, client name, selected route, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether the client won’t connect, a website won’t load, or an error appears only after you sign in. If switching routes changes what happens, mention that too.

You can attach a screenshot of the error. Before sharing it, hide subscription links, passwords, access keys, and any personal information unrelated to troubleshooting. For basic checks, see the FAQ.

Subscriptions, Billing & Orders

Include the order number shown in your user panel, the plan you selected, and the difference between the expected and actual status. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Check the billing details on the Plans & Pricing page.

Refund Requests

VPN62 offers refunds within 60 days, no questions asked. Log in and submit a ticket with the relevant order number. See the Terms of Service for details. You don’t need to explain a technical issue to request a refund; include any other details that need review in the same ticket.

Following Up on Tickets & Protecting Your Information

Keep the original ticket after submitting it. If you need to add an error screenshot, troubleshooting results, or an update to your order status, reply in the same ticket to keep the context together.
